App bug on android tablets

The app is useless then.
I have two android tablets which are now stuck on 10-minute games because it has become impossible to change the time control using the chess.com app. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, logged out/in, cleared storage/cache and rebooted both tablets several times. All the things developers tell you to do to deflect attention away from obvious bugs in the app.
The only support available now appears to be the AI agent "Chessica" which only gives canned responses to issues you don't have.
Has anyone experienced/solved this problem?
