I know this is an older post but I was looking for the same thing. I found it it called “verbal chess”. Good reviews. Haven’t tried it yet. But I figured I’d answer.

Hey folks, Just curious if anyone knows of an app say, where your phone calls out its moves so that you can play it on a real board without having to go back and forth between the two? you could also call it back so that the phone registers it, Just think it'd be a great idea and also help to learn the move names that people see and don't quite understand.
