Are there any chess computers that manages time like a real human?

I want to practice otb, but computers instantly blitz out moves and i cant practice. are there any computers that play slowly?

idk anything play lichess stockfish 5 or 6 or just play chess.com bots

I think you can adjust their speed in settings
