I have played several games against the 1700 rating Arthur bot and out of about 7 games he had a rating of 1800 twice, 2000 once and 2100 three times, even scoring a “brilliant” middle game against me in one match.

I would upload screenshots but I can’t find a function to add them on the mobile app. Am I just unlucky or is this bot sort of broken?

The Game Review reports card is an estimate based on each game and influenced by the ratings. Also, the bot ratings are estimates, so that can be off.

I always take the report card with a very big grain of salt. I once saw one of my games where I got 2400, which isn't even close to accurate.

What? I am a 940-rated player. I played against him and I beat him on the first try. Later I took a game review and it said he played like an 850, had an accuracy of 74 and played 0 brilliant moves, 0 great moves, 6 mistakes, 5 misses and 1 blunder which cost him the entire game. This is something that no 1700 would do, let alone a 2100.
