this is rather unfair and I believe chess.com should do something about it.
I had a player's King on check with his Queen at the other of the straight line.
I waiting for him to move his king so I could take out the Queen. After a minute delay..I was automatically resigned and 12 whole points was deducted.
it's painful when u have a game going in your favor and end up losing cause of a DAMN glitch...it's happened so many times i have lost count
