Average ELO Increase per Number of Games Played – Stats or Data?

Hi, I'm interested in understanding what a good and bad rate of progression in chess is. I've seen some discussions on how many months it typically takes to reach certain ELO levels, but this overlooks a key factor: the frequency of games played.

It seems like it would be fairly easy to gather statistics on average ELO increases per game played, especially since chess.com shares a lot of insightful data from their (I guess) world’s largest chess database. For example, they also advertise their lessons by saying users doing them typically gain 200 ELO or something.

However, I wonder if there are available statistics on the average ELO increase per number of games played. Or if they refrain from doing so to avoid discouraging players, as it’s easy to play mindlessly without much improvement.
