There are some people who intentionally get "disconnected" when they are going to lose, and make the opposite party wait for the whole remaining time and get bored....this is very bad behaviour...there should be some option to block such people....This is very important because I have seen this behaviour with a lot and lot of people....

The "fair-Play" policy needs to take into consideration the amount of time left for the player disconnecting.
If only a minute or less is left, why bother?
Then there are many who try to reconnect but are so frustrated that they abandon the game INSTEAD OF LOSING ON TIME.
Is this an issue? It appears from the continuing complaints the policy is not working anyway.
