Suprising you were banned for such a thing. I don't think they should have banned you from live chess entirely, but rather banned you from chatting. Even so, I don't think they should have banned you from anything at all because I was speaking Norwegian in an English chat room, spouting whatever nonsense I wanted and nothing happened and nobody was being annoyed or mentally injured. I agree, this is bullshit.

All of your questions were answered when you read the TOS. Internet websites have there own set of rules, and can essentially do what they want. Its up to you, if yoou want to stay or not.

What you need to understand is that internet websites do not have to follow the same laws. They can do what they want. They dont need a reason to ban you, or anyone. They dont need a reason to block chat, block you, block me. They can punish you for anything they want to.
This is all in the TOS that you read, so youre asking questions that you already know the answer to.
