Becoming a Master with Diamond Premium Membership?.

@trysts since u r already a premium member, wat is ur opinion? Is it possible if one is ready to devote?

I haven't taken advantage of the programs a Chess.com membership offers, so I can't help you, Tinku_Basumatary. But if you are devoted to the game of chess and have good focus and study skills then I don't see why you couldn't become a master

Is it possible to become a master level player with the help of Diamond Premium Membership? If one follows all the study plan and follow it patiently and prayerfully?.
No disrespect meant @Tinku_Basumatary. Is it possible? Yes. Is it probable is another question. Speaking from my own experience, I have been a diamond member for about a year and a half and all I can say is that my chess has improved. The United States Chess Federation web site states, "The United States Chess Federation awards the national master title to any player who reaches a rating of 2200. Less than one percent of rated players hold the title." (See this link: http://www.uschess.org/content/view/7328/28/) Whatever you decide about a Diamond Premium Membership, enjoy your chess.

The conventional wisdom is that you need a coach to become a titled player but in todays' digital world, maybe not. I remember Danny and David discussing this very topic almost 3 years ago on their TV show. Both felt that a motivated student could, using the educational resources of the site, easily hit the 22/2300 level before needing the sevices of a coach. Both felt that at a certain point though that a coach was necessary. Man I'm losing brain cells as I think here, but I believe they felt at class A you would make most rapid progress with a coach but that if you didn't have one the Chess Mentor by itself would do. Your progress would be a little slower than if you had a coach, but a title was definitely doable. Not exactly an unbiased opinion, but they did seem sincere...

If you do become a master due to the membership of this site; years from now Erik will have a right to hit you up for retirement funds.

The advantage of diamond membership is the videos. I consistently watch them, and it helps me to see the game like a GM, and I can see the board in a different way.
I constantly find myself looking at my active games, and find a new way of looking at them. I remember the "two weaknesses" videos and i was able to apply those ideas immediately in one of my games. I would have been satisfied with a draw, but was able to pull out a win based on his ideas.
