Begginers Advice for Opening Studies and Chess improvment

Hello Everyone

Im new at this wonderfull game, but im having problems to improve because of time issues. Between my coureses in the university, and work, its been really hard to sit down and study openings and tactics. 

Any recomendations study openings when you dont have much time to do so?
