I am not an expert, and my avarage rating is almost the same as yours. I would recommend keep training tactics, reading end-game theory, and solving puzzles regarding middle and endgame. Analysing your own games, by going throug it move by move is also a good way to progress(especially the games you lost). Also playing stronger opponents is helpful.
If you got the money, i would also recommend chess mentor(diamond member), or buy a good book. But as i said. I am not an expert, so i believe there are other people with better tips.
