Being prevented from castling!!

I don’t know if it is a glitch in my account, but in my last four games I have not been able/allowed to castle, and it is cost me the game! No reason why this should happen. How do I raise this with chess.com??

What method are you using to castle? Does that match your setting in Settings > Board and Pieces under Castling Method
I’ve got my castling set to ‘normal’. I have been on chess.com for a while now and have played over 1300 games, so know when I can/can’t castle. It’s frustrating as I’ve lost 5 out of 6 games because of this….

Castling changed a month or two ago, so I wanted to make sure you weren't using the option dragging your king to the rook which does not work in Normal mode
I’ve just tested it against the computer game and same problem! I have moved the castling option from ‘normal’ to ‘legacy’ and it seems to have worked. But why is this? I want my points back!!

Were you using the option of dragging your king to your rook to castle when it wasn't working?

Actually, dragging the king to the rook works in both. The new (Normal) option disabled clicking the king and then clicking the rook to castle.
