Benefits of doing chess tactics including improved willpower?

This is rather an unusual question. But I am a very serious chess player and I'm having problems in my life (some of those things are things requiring willpower like getting through days of doing subliminals for problems). Doing tactics puzzles are very strenuous for me (I get lackadaisical very often doing them) but if I did them starting with an hour a day for 7 days then increase by 10 minutes for next week each week would my willpower improve. Basically I am asking does regularly doing tactics improve willpower?     Thanks.

Chess tactics often involve trial and error, where you may need to try multiple approaches before finding the correct solution. This process teaches resilience and perseverance, qualities that are essential for overcoming obstacles and setbacks in life.
