1) simply take #1 take all super GM games that are on record from Kasparov, casablanca, fischer, carlsen and make a super computer via their games. if those are the best players ever from their generation they're playing the strongest moves available on average, and a compilement of all their games is simply the strongest possible opponent. 

pullin: #2 in that scneario is have someone who loves analysis like jerry chessnetwork evaulate every potential move out of the position to show it's strength in the line, and show the END of each sequence before moving through every line to say.. one move leads to this possible end sequence, etc. so that you see the end sequences before cycling through the line. (should also include 1 sub sequence of lines for each available move)

 #3 make a CPU that continually improves by selecting the best winning combination out of every sequence, i.e 10. Ke4 lead to winning at the highest % of chances of all games on record so play that move
