Best time control for improvement?

What is a reasonable chess.com time control for someone at my level to improve their chess? And how often should I play it?

I think the conventional wisdom is that Rapid is the best time control, but it looks like you have a relatively high rating already and quite a few games under your belt. Perhaps Puzzles would help? I enjoy them and can definitely confirm that it helps with my pattern recognition.

On chess.com, 15|10 is likely ideal.

30|30 can be considered if you have sufficient time, but I would not recommend any game that can potentially last beyond two hours under normal circumstances.

Also, the frequency of playing shall depend on the time control and the amount of time you can set aside for chess (because you are likely to have other priorities or commitments).

30+0, 10+5, 15+10, 30+20. Basically any classical or rapid time control.
