Biggest impact on chess learning which is it ?

No particular order curious as to how you would order it from smallest to biggest impact.

1.Using Computers as sparring partners (CP)

2.Computers auto analysis  (AA)

3.Databases (D)

4.Internet chess playing against others across world (IN)

5.Cloud feature to look at other peoples computer analysis (CL)

6.Ebooks (E)

I think it depends on your level of play.  At average levels most instructors would say analyzing your own games, especially losses, is the single best way to correct mistakes.  For those I would rank it AA (after working OTB before going to the computer analysis), IN, CL, CP, E and D with the first two far above the others.

For Masters level and above, I would think that D would be at the top combined with AA, then CL, IN, CP and E.  Most upper level players probably don't play online as much (maybe on ICC) and I doubt they ever play against a computer.  E-books are awkward for most of us to use but printed books and magazines are good.

I think you left out some important choices such as magazines (which contain databases of current tournaments of course), books and OTB play.
