agree, blitz and standart are really 2 different games with different mental skills needed for success. Separate these ratings is worthy idea

My blitz rating is very weak, yet when i play standard i seem to be able to compete just fine with players about 400 elo higher than my blitz rating. Do i consider my rating to be the standard rating or the blitz one? Like if someone asks me what my rating is ?
