blocking players

Is there anyway to block a player? Some are rude or just don't resign when they have clearly lost but let time run out
Hover your mouse over "HOME"--top right in black. Click "settings". On the left hand side of the page click blocking. On THAT page you must type in the members name correctly.

Or in game window in app, click on opponent name. Box come up with choice "Block".
