 Click the username and you will open up the page of the user. Below the username and profile picture there are so many symbols .Find a symbol which is a circle having a minus sign . Click it and confirm .You have successfully blocked that user

hey it just happend to me, a user called fineszes1947 just abandon the game...in move 27!!! and did not lose rating points! how is that possible? a glitch in the software??

@Gautir you have played three matches with him! And his rating is similar to you - But there is a problem .A game can't be abandoned after so many moves! Maybe it was an unrated game . But can't tell anything surely . You can contact support .
