Bots in Chess.com?

I've been playing bullets for thousands of games, and one idea came to my mind, we all know how "other" games add a bot to make sure you are not waiting too long at the queue. What if Chess.com was also like that? There is a weird feelings sometimes, like more than 20% of opponents are moving pretty much like bots. Inhuman reaction time, all premoves taking 0.1 sec (ping fluctuation causes at least one of the premoves 0.2 sec or 0.3 sec) and super burst at the end game (Human players burst out Gazillions of blunders while some players that seems to be bots in 1900+ playing like super GM) They don't even have a ping or wifi problems. Another odd thing is that, I have played in multiple accounts in different ELO. Some people play like 1200 but at 1800+, some people plays like 2300 but at 1400. Something is wrong here. Does anybody have similar "feeling"? It's almost like my instinct is telling me something is wrong with people's move and tactics. They play like they don't belong in that ELO. When I go into their profiles, most of them are 50% win rate with weird win streaks and lose streaks. They lose to much lower ELO players but beats like 2200. This raises me a lot of concerns.
