Bughouse - CANNOT see partner's board

Just over the past 2-3 weeks I suddenly cannot see my partner's board via any web browser. Any ideas how to correct? Thanks

Have you tried Play > Live Chess for Bughouse?

I have the same issue. Can't see partners board in webbrowser or chat below his board... It only appears after the game

Use "Play > Live Chess for Bughouse" worked for me

the format changed so i cannot go to Play > Live Chess. what do i do?!

1 - Go to the play interface (Play -> Play)
2 - Click on “Custom”
3 - Click on “Standard”
4 - Select “Doubles (Bughouse)” from the pull-down menu
