Let us consider...the bullet....60 sec game...I find it totally mad...since I also win matches & lost matches in difference of 0.04 mini sec....would you believe....I on my premove option but lags play role & I lost....Play your best game in 50s & last 10s you got an opportunity to how idiotic & stupidity you can produce!! in game....if you fast network then you will win otherwise wait for an opponent who has worse network than you!! I watched top GM games here & they also play idiotic in last 5s moves don't makes sense the GM who has 5G will win the match!! Not play bullet instead their will network checking options who has the fastest network will win match or tournament.Why to waste time?Do you all agree!;)

It's true but it can't be the only contributing factor. If your internet gives significant lag, then play something slower than bullet chess. Simple. Oh there's another solution of course. Play better chess 
Well sometimes you need to know when to give up.
If your level time and a long way beneath in points then it probably is better, if the time isn't equal then it doesn't matter.
