As the question suggests, will I get banned if I resign right after first move due to mouse slip? I know many will say what kind of stupidity is this, because the first move does not matter much but the question is what it is. Do I have the right to resign and not get banned? Please avoid such answers related to absurdity of the player that thinks of doing it, I just want to know my rights, if there are any.
