Can someone help me improve like seriously?

Lately I have been playing terribly like really bad check my match history if you want but there was a time when I thought I was actually pretty good at chess it was the thing that was special about me in my class but now ive been blundering 10 moves in the game like its really demotivating for me and I stopped playing more because of it. I dont even know how I got to this elo in the first place like usually id be 1100-1200 elo but chess.com inflated my elo by a lot. Its gotten to the point where I just stopped playing rated entirely in this site. If you need it my main openings are queens gambit and caro kann. ty if you can help me
