Can't abort new game

I just started several games.   One person has vacation mode set.   No moves have been made in the game yet.   Problem is,  ABORT is not available as an option.   Clearly this guy doesn't want to play, so I'd like to abort instead of resign and lose rating.   How do i do this? 

If no moves have been played in Daily, then I'm pretty sure resign works just like abort.

But you don't have any current games.

So if I resign, my rating won't go down? 

No, not if at least 4 moves have been played by both players:

Unless it is in tournaments, then any resignation is rated.  However, you don't have any games to abort according to your profile.

Lol like I care. 

 that seems a little silly.   Why  would they get bent out of shape about a second account?   Only reason i retired muy old account was because I could no longer join tournaments because of time outs.
