Are you both in live chess? I used to have that issue, the problem was that we were both online, but not in live chess.
Whenever I try to invite someone on my friends-list or any user for that matter, it always says "user is offline" in spite of me knowing he is online or actually seeing it on their own pages.
Actually it both says "user is offline" and user has "denied your request" or something like that, and the answer comes as soon as I click the invite button so I know they haven't really answered it's just something that goes off automatically.
How do I change this?
