Can't Upgrade

For some reason I'm not able to upgrade from basic. If I try to select yearly or monthly for any of the categories, I can get a check mark to appear, but nothing happens when I push upgrade. Also, I have problems seeing the pricing. Occasionally it will show the price for the top two levels but I've never been able to see the pricing for the gold level.
