There's not an option for that.

bad idea . Balance should always be known as it aids in calculations

compare the pieces captured on his side to yours . cancel what is same and assess what is different then add in point value to that aka. rook for a pawn means +4 in material . Easy ! or just look at the remaining pieces on the board and apply the same process as before . Easy!

I like the indicator of material difference. If you want to practice counting material quickly (without this indicator), then just count and don't look above the board. As for simulating in-person chess (specifically OTB tournaments), the material count should be public knowledge and typically material captured is kept on either side of the chess board anyway, so even in real life, there is a "material count" available instead of just counting the material remaining.

I don't say it's not usefull or good for players. I don't like the +numbers indicator not the pieces indicator because like @KeSetoKaiba said we could see the pieces IRL.

I agree with this comment. It doesn't seem to be a hard option to program into settings, and for me personally it would be helpful as I would be reinforced in needing to actually evaluate the board rather than blindly trusting an indicator. If you like the balance counter that is fine, but it doesn't seem to be a difficult option to program in whatsoever.
