Cannot Play On PC

For 24 hours now i have been unable to start a online game of chess on my PC specifically. I can navigate the site perfectly fine, the connection is completely good, the second i try get a game it disconnects me. I've tried logging in and out, restarting pc etc etc. On mobile it has no problems, and i can play games like normal, any ideas would be great.

I've been having the same problem. I can play on my I Phone and on my tablet, but nothing on my PC.

Don't know if it is a browser issue, I use firefox

I use chrome so wouldnt be a browser issue, atleast im not alone here

I have the same issue during last couple of days. It's almost impossible to play using Firefox, however Chrome works OK.

Using Chrome. And I've not been able to start an online game. I was starting to think my ISP was having issues.

Try to use another browser, chess.com is designed to be used on chrome, other browser may have worse performance

There's an issue impacting some members and staff are working to determine what the cause might be.

Do you see the same issue in an incognito/private session?

i cannot challenge any new games

no matter what my range is for rapid chess, it won't match any players

Today (roughly 48 hours since the issue first started) i am able to play on my pc again, havnt changed anything and still using chrome. No clue what caused this to happen, really weird bug that i hope isn't going to persist in the future

I have the same problem now. I cannot connect games on my PC Windows browser Google Chrome neither Microsoft Edge. I have no problems on my telephone nor Ipad.

There was a. Issue that impacted a subset of members that should be resolved now. If you're still having issues try clearing your browser cache
