Chess.com should have an A.I. support page to fix technical problems
check your board and peices setting, they may be set to "blindfold"

The website/app arnt designed fantastically and therefore have many glitches and ui bugs. I mean no offense to anybody on the chess.com staff but it’s just true. I do hope they update the website in the future perhaps doing a big re-design.
