Cant create rated tournament in chessmaster X

i am trying to create a tournament in chessmaster. My rating in chessmaster is 1415. But it shows error that i am provisionally rated and cant create a rated tournament. What does provisionally rated means in chessmaster game? how can i create rated tournament?

It means you haven't played enough games to zero in on your rating yet. Just play more rated games and it will eventually go away.

Provisional ratings are also used by chess organizations, it's a way of determining your rating after very few games. I believe that after 26 games (something like that), you are no longer provisionally rated.
