can't move pieces

I continue to lose numerous games on time because I simply cannot move pieces.   I place the cursor on a piece and there's no reaction.   I try various movements but to no effect.   Meanwhile, my time passes thus changing a winning position into a losing one.   I tell my opponent this but he/she shows no reaction which raises another issue.     I have tried on MANY occasions to get opponents to explain why they have disconnected.   In fact, I have never seen a member explain why he has disconnected.   Any offender care to explain.   But to return to the main point - how many members have suffered frequently from being unable to move pieces thus resulting in losing on time?

However, cannot be the case because on occasion after fiddling about with the cursor, I am able to move.   I have now taken the following step:   I have asked the membership people if my becoming a member would solve the problem;   I am now awaiting a response.   I have also asked if this step does not solve the problem, can I cancel my membership.

Actually, it would be well worth of devoting a subject to feedback on the advantages of taking out membership.

Here's the question to answer.   Does taking out membership result in eliminating technical problems such as mine.
