Can't see the board or the pieces

I logged into chess.com for 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. Check my account and you will find that I raised 200 rating. But the last, and 2nd last and 3rd last games (2 of them aborted) are ruined and I was forced to resign due to the fact that I couldn't see anything. I did puzzles and lessons, and the board was showing there. What is happening? I became sad because I just lost a whole darn 20 points for that.
