Captions/language

Hi,

Historically, I see several other topics on this without result. The problem is, some players are deaf or hard of hearing or are not fluent in English, which is the language used on videos such as those offered to premium members. This is also the case with "Chess University" which periodically solicits players to pay for lessons. But the lessons are in spoken English only. No captions. I have told the Chess University people but they apparently are not concerned. Chess.com offers the premium level membership but also seems unconcerned that their video content is not accessible.

Given the international reach of Chess.com, and the large number of players, it seems likely

to suppose that many of these players cannot access spoken English effectively. Therefore, why are no captions offered? Such offerings as https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2734796?hl=en

this google caption service seem reasonable, or at least basic. Why Chess.com? Why no captions?
