As I am writing this the 10th round has recently concluded and the result was a draw. Every single round thus far has led to the two agreeing to a tie after brutal fighting - but who will emerge victorious?
Before the match started, I had thought pretty well everyone was expecting Carlsen to win, as he did well against all his previous challengers.
After the first game, I was rooting for Caruana, hoping he might be the winner.
But after ten draws, given that Magnus is distinguished as a blitz player, I now think the odds are tremendously in his favor.
