The ranking says a lot, that is for sure, but in a match like this I think the Elo is not the most important thing! ELO is more relevant for tournaments despite showing the level of the players.
It is preety easy to understand that most of the people think that Sergei Karjakin does not have a lot of chances in the upcoming WCC.
