castling with two hands

5 years ago you could under USCF rules but not under FIDE rules - looks like Nakamura did it in 2015
In a tournament, I doubt so.
In casual games, it's your call. I always allow my opponents to perform castling using two hands.

The big deal is; which piece do you touch first. If you touch the rook first, then according to FIDE rules you should make a move with your rook. Castling becomes illegal then.
