Dear All,

In the old version of chess.com when one went into 'play', in order to challenge a random player for a game, you were still permitted to put restrictions on the game for example the ranking of your opponent (either 'plus or minus 300 of your ranking', which was the 'default' ranking range, OR YOU COULD ALTER THIS PROVIDING THE RANGE WAS STILL 100+. Also whether you wished to specify the colour that you wanted to play as. Can this still be done with the new version of chess.com?

Regards,

David

yes. look at the game section and the options are plainly visible.

Yes, although I think the default range is only 100 points plus or minus. You can still only specify color in unrated games.
