I would:
- Remove ads entirely.
- Make membership premium only.
- Add a moderation team for the forums.
- Remove restrictions from discussion in these forums, including discussion of cheaters, other chess websites, etc.
- Improve cheat-detection.
- Launch a destop GUI for live chess, and eliminate the bugs on the live chess server. Remove the abort option.
- Be more transparent about policies and management.
Auto-pairing pools.
Auto monkey option, in which you pick the rating level of a computer and you play a rated game w/ it

Copy ChessTempo -- I like the endgame option and the stats.
Make it really easy to repeat tactics. I like to repeat them sometimes. Maybe a setting to choose to increase the chances of tactics I miss arriving again.
Fix the darn timer.... It has a bug.
Edit the videos.... Or at least coach the presenters. Way too many ums, ahs, and down time.
Add features to the app.... Analsys, review games.
