In the Appearance dialogue box, check to see if the button for "Use bitmaps for chessboard" has a checkmark in it. As long as it does, you will not be able to change the board square colors. Uncheck that option, and try your color change again.

Hello guys.
I want to change the colour of the squares of the board in Arena. Arena has a tab called 'Appearance' and it does allow to do the job. But I don't know why,it just is not changing the colours,even after I tried several times.
Any ideas what should be done here?
