Hello @Faarian! That is a really good question which can be difficult to answer. A method that I would suggest is looking at and analyzing grandmaster chess games. That way, you can replicate their thinking processes.
Here's a method I like to use to analyze chess games: http://chesswinning.com/how-to-analyze-chess-games/
Also, here is a list of a lot of very good chess books that I would recommend to anyone: http://chesswinning.com/7-best-chess-books/
Hey Everyone,
I have a question. In chess book, we learn about how a good chess player should think properly and organized: evaluation, candidate moves, calculating and so on and so forth. But how exactly an adult can change her thinking process? I find it really difficult to change my thinking process, I do a lot of practice, but our brain is really recalcitrant and it's not easy to change your mental habits.
Any Idea, suggestion, exercise, .... to improve on thinking process?
