Cheater Swarms

Is it possible that there are groups out there trying to disrupt this site? I feel like at certain times, usually on a Friday or Saturday, that I face one opponent after another that plays moves way above their posted ratings, and usually only after they are worse. Then things settle back down the next day or so. I usually win or lose on a pretty even ratio. But on these days I might lose fantastically, then reverse the trend when the (suspected) swarm logs off a day or so later... 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Perhaps simple way to work toward a solution would be an option to only play other premium members.... And anyone paying for the maximum option regularly has their account audited for suspicious play.

"I have been losing lots of games in a row, then going back to winning again, it's really odd. I have noticed this happening quite a bit now."

Same with me!

It happened again. I had a fantastic losing, but now I am back to being a genius while winning 12 of last 14 games. And in many of these games, I played poorly!

So you won 12 of 14 games, which is proof that many people cheat.

Your logic needs a bit of honing, I feel.

See the my first post on the thread. This is not a one off thing.

If you feel any of your opponents or other members are using disallowed resources, you should report them. The site has a dedicated team to handle fair play and closes tens of thousands of accounts each month.

That, said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums.
