Oh, they always get banned eventually. But then they create a new account under the same name and do it again. Happens several times per day.
And they are absolutely cheating.

Is there anyone at Chess.com that I can talk to about this account?
They appear in every single bullet tournament I play, and the account drives everyone crazy.
They're the most blatant and obvious cheater ever... Isn't there a way to prevent this?
