If you suspect an opponent is cheating you can report them by clicking on their user name and selecting report. Chess.com will look at their game(s) and determine if they are cheating. This takes a while so if it is a daily game I suggest you play slowly so as not to lose whilst the player is under review. Don't say anything to them, don't mention their name in the forums, it may be that you are mistaken.
