I report abusers and I get no response. Five years ago, that was not the case. Since COVID arrived and Chess.com membership exploded, the poor quality play (I.e. - cheating) has gone up considerably.
Does anyone else feel this way ?
Am I wrong ?
Does Chess.com need to do a better job ?
