The support team has had me waiting for them to respond for 2 weeks
There's the possibility that they looked over the game you thought proved unfair play but either there wasn't any *definite* proof or they might've thought there were equally likely alternate explanations. You did the right thing by reporting it though.

Staff doesn't normally respond to cheat reports
If you report someone and their account isn't closed in a few days then either
- There's insufficient evidence of cheating
- There's no evidence of cheating
