Cheating at bullet

I keep losing to bullet players 200 points below me who play with 90% accuracy. I thought cheating would be very hard at bullet (1 1 not 1 0) but this seems rather clear cut. 1100 bullet players essentially (and repeatedly) not making mistakes. Am I crazy? Thanks.
