cheating by operaters

time and time again, with clock manipulation, I am being cheated by an operator. He has done this in the past, and continues to do it. If his ego is that fragile maybe he should not be playing chess. The game is clearly won and then he starts fooling around with the time. Why ? Why would you allow this ? Should I go mainstream and destroy your reputation, or are you going to solve this in house ? Sad and Pathetic. It's only a game. He works Mondays. I am masapawe.

Your opponent can't change the clocks. The site server manages everything and sends the correct clock times after every move.

I have experienced multiple times the clock being manipulated by an operator, who was playing against me, and losing badly. I was cheated out of time to the benefit of said operator. I am fully aware a legitimate opponent cannot manipulate the clock, only someone on the inside who has access to the server, and I might add an extremely fragile ego. I have reported these violations repeatedly and nothing has been done to resolve it. I am making this comment to notify that if this has happened to you, it is no accident or computer error. It is deliberate.

That's just it, your opponents don't have access to the site servers to do that. If they did, they would never lose and that just isn't the case.

I doubt operators would do that.

And it doesn't seem possible anyway.

that is my point exactly, they can not lose. That is the motivation. Whether it's their rating or some other concern. To take such a desperate action in unfair. Let the players play a fair game. My example, I just made my 4th move, and the clocks freeze up and start blinking. No action can be taken or moves made, so I wait, and wait. After about 9 minutes the clock un-freezes and my clock shows 23 seconds and his has over 8 minutes. Now, if this was a computer problem why would only my clock have lost time and not his ? Shouldn't both clocks have lost time ? Absolutely. This was a deliberate manipulation to destroy any chance that I may have had. Again, a deliberate action to not lose by someone who has access to the clock, and which has already been determined can't be a legitimate opponent and therefore must be an operator.
