Cheating Ring

Hello. I recently noticed a player who is about 2970 in blitz, but their account is less than a day old. They got to that rating by repeatedly giving the scholars mate to a different 2900 rated player that joined less than 24 hours ago. And that player got to that point by repeatedly giving the scholars mate to another new 2900 player. The further I go into this, the more new 2900 accounts I see. What is this? If I can’t get a good answer here on the forums, can I at least get a link to the cheating forum?

In that range, you pretty much see only titled players
You can report those players
but please don't name them here.
