The site closed over 35,000 accounts for fair play violations in November and it's very likely that at least that many were closed in December.

Refunds are also given when accounts are closed.
That said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums. If you would like to discuss, join the following club: https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum
Chess.com is a great little chess site and I really enjoy playing but let's be honest and point out the site is totally infested with bots and cheats,so much so it's laughable,at least Lichess would, very very occasionally, acknowledge their site is also infected by sad cheating idiots and bots and refund rating points, but Chess.com doesn't even do that...so unless and until they do it's onward with one or two suspiciously easy wins, gain a few points, attract the interest of bots/cheats etc and lose three or four games in a row..then...repeat lol
